General Shipping Information
GW9 Design ships merchandise and lifestyle products throughout the United States using trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are displayed during checkout and are based on the shipping method selected and destination.
Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During product launches, promotional events, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination but generally range between 2–7 business days after shipment.

International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select destinations.
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, or brokerage fees imposed by their country.

Tracking Information

GW9 Design is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of:

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate claims where appropriate.
